Good for all levels. A mix of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, this class mixes easy-going stretching with at least one physically or mentally challenging pose for overcoming self-imposed obstacles. Expect plenty of automotive-related metaphors and a down-to-earth approach to your practice.
Alissa believes teaching Yoga is a sacred honor. As a former automotive journalist, producer and television host, Alissa found Yoga after moving to Sedona in 2016. Her classes combine her outgoing personality with an innate, quiet, inner truth. Teaching traditional yoga poses, she specializes in focusing on improving your life, by using your body to drive in manual mode, like a vehicle. She acknowledges both our material and ethereal sides for bringing balance that feels fun, balanced and legit.
